Music Therapy Techniques

Music Therapy Techniques are provided during the Accelerated Wellness Program in a group setting.

Art Therapy Techniques

Participants are encouraged to practice and share their creative freedom through vision boarding, face masks, palm branch artwork, rock painting, cigar boxes and more!

Mindfulness

Warrior Wellness integrates mindfulness techniques throughout its programs, teaching veterans to focus on the present moment, cultivate self-awareness, and manage stress effectively, fostering improved mental well-being and resilience.

Equine and Raptor Experiences

At Warrior Wellness, veterans will have the opportunity to engage with horses and screech owls, forming genuine connections. These non-judgmental interactions build trust and self-awareness, frequently resulting in personal growth and positive change.

Camaraderie

Warrior Wellness offers a safe haven for veterans, fostering healing and camaraderie through diverse activities. During the Accelerated Wellness Program (AWP), participants build connections through relaxing and engaging experiences, including volunteer-hosted dinners, a nature walk, fishing, and Friday night BBQs, all designed to enhance well-being and promote lasting bonds.

TRX Training and Conditioning

Warrior Wellness offers strength conditioning throughout the Accelerated Wellness Program. Participants can use our TRX Tactical Trainer guided by a personal trainer, training is tailored to individual ability levels. Additionally, our swimming pool offers a low-impact environment for aquatic exercises, providing a well-rounded approach to physical fitness.

Hydro Massage Chair

Offers temporary relief from minor aches and pains while reducing stress and anxiety. This therapeutic water massage technique promotes deep relaxation, enhancing overall well-being.
